The Flying Doctors : Nancy finds herself on the operating table when Geoff finds she has cancer of the uterus. Sharon returns from Sydney to help her through. When Geoff recommends Nancy has a full hysterectomy, Vic and Nancy begin rowing: she doesn't want to have the operation. Sharon is caught in the middle of their arguing and is desperate for Nancy to have the operation. Meanwhile Baxter does a dirty business deal when the Morgans are forced to sell their property.
