WiseGuy: Vinnie and Lifeguard go to Dawn Valley Utah and find the hangar where the money was made. Vinnie and Kay talk to recluse Prescott Wilson and find he knows nothing of the operation. Meanwhile, Biggs is photographing Kay and Vinnie's movements. Pickering comes through and with a filibuster of the trade bill to give the OCB time to find and stop the C1-30 aircraft holding the currency. It turns out the plane was owned by Mel Profitt. McPike is ordered to arrest Vinnie.
