Lupin the 3rd: Mikawa Hanshichi, a detective who has seen his best years, is looked down upon by his co-workers, but Zenigata holds him in high regard. Lupin on the other hand has plans to steal a golden statuette of Kannon from Asakusa Temple. Hanshichi, having had a run-in with Lupin ten years prior, now wants to arrest him, for several reasons.
