Meat Men: Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torissi want a classic Italian Sausage for their new restaurant Parm. Pat Jr. is thrilled for the chance to re-create his grandfather’s sausage recipe, which they haven’t made in years. The only problem? There’s no written recipe! Meanwhile, the family business is growing and it’s time to hire a new butcher, so Pat Jr. and Pat Sr. put the candidates to the test. Later, Pat Sr. takes on City Hall over the shop’s costly parking tickets.
