Snorks: King Neptune's horn to turn the tides over is lost when his dolphin hits it out of his temple. Suddenly, everything starts rising to the top of the ocean.The Snorks try to find out what is happening. They find out about King Neptune's horn and they try to find it. Willie finds the horn and turns it into a clubhouse that he wants them all to see.
