Murder, She Wrote: A woman turns up claiming that Jessica's late husband was the father of her child and he is in deep trouble involving fraud in his construction company and murder. Jessica turns to her old friend, Clint Phelps, for help, btu he doesn't have any answers he can give her. After the woman and her son end up mixed up in a murder investigation, Jessica agrees to solve the case, but does so with a heavy heart.
