Tropical Heat: On Key Mariah is a man who drugs rapes and tattoos the women he dates. Nick is hired to investigate by one of the victims. Nick begins to investigate and visits a man who tattoos. But he cant ask him because hes dead. Nick finds a hint of who might be the next victim. So Nick and Sylvie find the woman. But when the man finally sees he will be caught he takes the two women as hostages and flees.
