Season 5 begins with Nick's life in total chaos following the beheading of his mother and the death of Juliette. In the wake of such loss, he struggles with how to move forward and what to do about Adalind, who's pregnant with his child. At the same time, his search for truth leads him to FBI Agent Chavez and puts him at odds with those close to him.
