The Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes: Simon Williams, now desperate for revenge on Tony Stark (who bought out Williams' company), goes to his brother - Eric (a.k.a. the Grim Reaper) for help. The Grim Reaper, M.O.D.O.C., and a group of A.I.M. scientists transform Simon into a being of pure ionic energy. Now, Eric sets out to show Stark how such loss feels. Meanwhile, Henry argues that Tony values money and business over people, and Captain America meets Nick Fury.
