Power Rangers Turbo: The Phantom Ranger's dying without his Power Ruby. The Rangers are desperate to recover it, but find the Space Base impossible to breach. Eventually, it comes down to this: the Rangers using their new Rescue Megazord to battle against the Turbo Megazord, piloted by the Crosspatch monster with Chromites, and powered by Phanty's Ruby.
