Initial D: It's the day following the battle with the Toudou racers and word has already spread about Takumi and Keisuke's surprising victories. The Director of Toudou advises the former student and professional racer, Tomoyuki Tachi, to challenge Project D to a street race, in order to teach them and himself a lesson. So now Project D is up against a formidable opponent but who will go up against him; Takumi or Keisuke?
