Bette: Bette fails to make People magazine's list of "The 50 Hottest People in Hollywood" and realizes she needs to come up with a clever career gimmick. A high-powered, trendy publicist concocts a great idea -- Bette will have a nervous breakdown and a quick recovery. The recovery, however, does not go as planned, and soon everyone believes that Bette really is mentally unstable. Meanwhile, Oscar and Connie come to the realization that they have the exact same taste in men.
