The X Factor (UK): Dermot returns with the results of the first public vote of series 7. Last year's winner Joe McElderry returns to perform his new single live on the show. The two acts with the lowest amount of voters are revealed and they perform again in the final showdown. The judges then decide which act to save. There will also be special performance by Usher.
