Animaniacs: (Pinky and the Brain Short) Thomas Jefferson writes the Declaration Of Independance. Brain writes up a Declaration of Obiedience and hopes to switch it with Jefferson's declaration. Brain's declaration will proclaim him leader. Unfortunately, Brain's declaration ends up as part of Ben Franklin's kite and he is unable to switch it with Jefferson's declaration.
