Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Sean Telo, Laura Henry-Zoubir, Carmine DiGiovanni and Andrew Markert to create a three-course meal by using speck, toybox squash, Fontina cheese and marrow bones for the Appetizer round; yuzu marmalade, chicory, dried blueberries and Dungeness crab for the Entrée round; and pineapple, sunflower seeds, red curry paste and Neapolitan ice cream for the Dessert round.
