Chopped: In the second of four Chopped Champions Events, Ted Allen challenges James Briscione, Pippa Calland, Gavin Mills and Einat Admony to create a three-course meal by using cockles, kohlrabi and pita bread for the Appetizer round; ground chicken, green tea leaves, mustard oil and Braeburn apples for the Entrée round; and chocolate wafers, manchego cheese, passion fruit and goji berries for the Dessert round. Judges are Scott Conant, Jody Williams and Aarón Sánchez.
