Top Chef Masters: As the Champions Round starts, the six heat winning chefs are divided into two teams to take part in the Quickfire favorite "Mise En Place Relay Race", which was first performed by the contestants in the Top Chef's season three episode "Second Helping". Then the chefs prepare to cook their signature dishes, with a surprising twist- they must then recreate one of their competitors' offerings for the Critics to sample.
