Young and awkward, The Coast-Guard's ensign Thomas Garland suffers from the comparison with his late father, a war hero. It collects the entire family, flies outside, and eventually crashes into a circular clothes rack, which turns into a merry-go-round with everyone grabbing for the hat like a brass ring.$
