This is not only a series, but this is the story of Islam. You will find life of Omar (ra), most life of Mohammed (PBUH), Ali (ra), Ebu Bekr (ra) and some of Osman (ra) and many other friends of the Mohammed (PBUH). You will find the birth of the Islam the spread of it. If you are interested in Islam you really should really see this series. All the actors especially Samer Ismail and Ghassan Massoud have done their best. The war scenes are well done. Historical characters, places, clothes, are very realistic . Once I have started i could not stop myself watching it. Many series like this should be produced. There is huge treasure lying in the history of Islam. There is a lot of stories can be a movie or series. Director: Jake Kasdan Cast: Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, Marin Hinkle, Madison Iseman, Jack Black, Ashley Scott, Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, Nick Jonas, Kevin Hart, Colin Hanks, Alex Wolff, Dania Ramirez, Morgan Turner, Rory McCann Knives Out 123movies (2019)Release: November 28, 2019
123movies Knives Out
This is a fake series on several levels. It features Simon Schama, whose credentials as an historian have been long suspect, and who has no credentials at all as an art critic with any aesthetic sensitivity. Instead he has a substantiated record as a propagandist, for modern western establishment and regimes, especially as a war mongering one. As for the content, series has less to do with works of art themselves, but is more concerned with retelling of anecdotes, of very doubtful veracity, about artists, their patrons, and rivals. These anecdotes, some of them entertaining, were obviously selected to prejudice the viewer favorably, or unfavorably, according to views of Schama or his producers. Anecdotes are illustrated with badly acted reenactments. In contrast, artworks themselves are shown only in badly lighted very short cuts. As an example, take episode on Bernini and 'Ecstasy of St Theresa'. It has lots of ad hominem attacks against the sculptor (and his patron popes and cardinals) through unsubstantiated anecdotes, but sculpture (which is a whole chapel in fact) is never shown in full on location. Its relations to other art works at the time or before (word 'baroque' is never used even to discard it), its composition from variety of media and materials, and its methods and techniques of creation, are barely referred to, if at all. While reference is made to St Theresa's own words which inspired the work, Schama seems to be unaware of the long tradition in Roman Catholic Church (and outside) of equating physical ecstasy and sexual union, with Divine Love. St. Theresa's words, while better expressed, are in line with that tradition, and with words of other saints, but this episode erroneously paint them as exceptional, and even unique. Director: Rian Johnson Cast: Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, LaKeith Stanfield, Christopher Plummer, Katherine Langford, Jaeden Martell, Riki Lindhome, Edi Patterson, Frank Oz, K Callan 123movies Judy
The Petshop of horrors with it's androgynous proprietor is a mystery to a sustain very irritatingly American detective. And yet to all others it is but a place of love and dreams. Oh, until they go against the agreement that is. But, that is not Count's fault. Truly a peace of art with beautiful animation, very little action, and a great lesson to be learned at the end of each episode. It could be considered rather repetitive after a while, but until then, it is a great example of Japanimation. Director: Rupert Goold Cast: Renée Zellweger, Jessie Buckley, Finn Wittrock, Rufus Sewell, Michael Gambon, Bella Ramsey, Gemma-Leah Devereux, Gaia Weiss, Philippe Spall, Fenella Woolgar, Lucy Russell, Andy Nyman, John Dagleish, Phil Dunster, Royce Pierreson 123movies Doctor Sleep
Despite Jane Wyatt, who offers possibly the worst performance of a femme fatale in the whole noir cycle, The Man Who Cheated Himself is a more-than-passable, gritty little thriller. Veteran cop Lee J. Cobb is showing the ropes to little brother John Dall ("Gun Crazy," "Rope"). Dall is on the verge of blissful matrimony but Cobb still likes to play the field, the field being filthy-rich society matron Wyatt. When she kills her ne'er-do-well hubby (by accident? It's never clear), Cobb helps her cover up the crime. Trouble is, he taught his brother the tricks of the trade rather too well... This movie is rather better than you might expect it to be, thanks to Cobb's moaning, double-bass voice and some not-terribly-stale plot developments. Director: Mike Flanagan Cast: Rebecca Ferguson, Ewan McGregor, Carel Struycken, Jacob Tremblay, Emily Alyn Lind, Zahn McClarnon, Cliff Curtis, Bruce Greenwood, Chelsea Talmadge, Alex Essoe, Carl Lumbly, Jocelin Donahue, Violet McGraw, Catherine Parker, Selena Anduze 123movies Marriage Story
This is an excellent documentary and exposé into the psychology and ideals that, in great part, were responsible for Hitler's passion and vision that would drive the dynamics of Germany's politics. As absurd and surreal his ambitions may have been... there was a part of his dream that oddly seems honest and noble but character flawed. By no means should anyone admire the reality of his vision but be fascinated by how fast and furious Hitler and the Nazi doctrine brought a crushed post WWI Germany and its people to the brink of world domination in less then a decade. Indeed Hitler was an example of extreme self anointed indulgence and a deluded fantasy that millions paid the price by being murdered and exterminated as human vermin. A tragedy and a mind that I hope will never see the light of day ever again. Highly recommended 9/10 Director: Noah Baumbach Cast: Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver, Merritt Wever, Laura Dern, Ray Liotta, Julie Hagerty, Mark O'Brien, Wallace Shawn, Alan Alda, Kyle Bornheimer, Mickey Sumner, Azhy Robertson, Matthew Maher, Robert Smigel, Ayden Mayeri Ad Astra 123movies (2019)Release: September 19, 2019

Visually, well done. Technology and cinematography have blended into creating art with limitless capabilities and beauty, however.......the producers must think their audience are imbociles that will swallow any garbage that is thrown at them as they unshamefully take your time money after they con you with the trailers and star power. Empty & shallow plot and storyline. Kindergarten level science and physics. Unbelievable scenarios. I was truly rooting for everyone to die and the earth to explode. Did they not watch the final product or test screen? Director: James Gray Cast: Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Ruth Negga, Donald Sutherland, Kimberly Elise, Loren Dean, Donnie Keshawarz, Sean Blakemore, Bobby Nish, LisaGay Hamilton, John Finn, John Ortiz, Freda Foh Shen, Kayla Adams, Ravi Kapoor 123movies Them That Follow
This is a beautiful and deeply felt look into a small subculture of America, charismatic Christian religious cults which revolve around the handling of poisonous snakes. It is not an exposee -- each person is acting from sincere emotions and beliefs, however misguided they may appear to most of us. For instance, they reject modern medical care, preferring to rely on the Holy Ghost to heal people. As in 'Witness' years ago, the cohesion of the group is the predominant factor in all aspects of the lives of its members. The story focuses on the daughter of the charismatic preacher. She is a strong believer, and yet is attracted to a youth who has rejected the religion. The movie is superbly acted, with Oscar winner Olivia Colman, the always memorable Walton Goggins as the preacher, and Kaitlyn Devers from the TV show 'Justified'. Director: Britt Poulton, Dan Madison Savage Cast: Kaitlyn Dever, Walton Goggins, Olivia Colman, Lewis Pullman, Thomas Mann, Alice Englert, Jim Gaffigan, Dominic Cancelliere, Annie Tedesco, Bradley Gallo, Katherine DeBoer, Brooks Roseberry, Erik Andrews, Catherine L. Albers, Connor Daniel Lysholm 123movies Jay and Silent Bob Reboot
Jay and Silent Bob return to Hollywood to stop a reboot of the 'Bluntman and Chronic' movie from getting made. Director: Kevin Smith Cast: Melissa Benoist, Matt Damon, Chris Hemsworth, Ben Affleck, Val Kilmer, Rosario Dawson, Shannon Elizabeth, Kevin Smith, Justin Long, Joe Manganiello, Jason Lee, David Dastmalchian, Kate Micucci, Fred Armisen, James Van Der Beek 123movies Blue Story
Other viewers have summed it up perfectly with the word vague, but ambiguous can be applied liberally when describing this movie. An excellent point is that the movie begins and ends in the middle, so while the plot is interesting to look at, it is completely secondary to the message being conveyed by the animators. Once you strip away the distorted lense that Japanese culture comes to us, this film is full of messages. If you see past the wormholes and mutant people (no giant robots here though) there isn't enough plot to disguise the fact the animators are trying to tell us something. What that message is, could be just about anything. It is most likely a political or social commentary though. I'll give some examples, but I warn this could become potentially dry and/or thought provoking so skip down a bit if you don't want to think too much. There shouldn't be any spoilers here, just an idea of what themes you might make out of it.. which frankly could come from any orson wells+cyberpunk plot. A cry against globalization. 1994 was around dawn of the internet; the increasing interconnection of knowledge and people. The trade disuputes between japan and china going to the WTO(GATT or whatever it was called then) and about 10 years of the US hating on Japan for having an export heavy trade balance. I don't remember if the Asian market crash was before or after this movie. Probably after, but if it came before this movie I would point at that as a source of resentment towards globalization. Generally international trade creates losers only of those not taking part, but when your currency goes down the pipe you might not be so happy. An Orson Wells approach against unified power. We have the UN becoming a leading world authority by picking up members at a rapid pace, and the Cold War has been over for a few years, leaving the US with a superior economic and military power(Political scientist dub this a "Hegemonic" or "Unilateral" distribution of power, where there is a clear leader, as opposed to the "Bilateral" distribution between the Cold War superpowers, or the "Multilateral" distribution of the many warring countries prior to the modern age) This argument is a weaker one though, since people didn't commonly hate the US until this decade, where we start using that power in the middle east. Oh, Japan had been feeling heat from the US congress in the form of trade barriers, threats of tariffs and whatnot since the 80's, so that could spark a theme against overwhelming economic power. Google a synopsis of the book "No More Bashing" to find out more about anti Japanese sentiments during the 80's. I'm sure there are other ways of finding out, I'm just more familiar with that book. I'm not thinking too hard about it so don't rail on me if you disagree with anything political or possibly even factual that is coming out of my keyboard. I'm getting out of my specialty but it is ambiguous enough that I'm sure anyone with some high school liberal arts can spin some kind of theme about feelings and society. I'm sure if we look hard enough, we could find Christ figures aplenty, and a few characters seem to have little or no plot importance and exist only to be icons or symbols of something or other. Because this media comes from overseas, there are probably references and parallels to Japanese pop culture, history, or old stories that I will never know, contributing to my inability to understand what is going on, but this is a risk that comes with anything that has to be translated to be understood. Anyways, I watched it to see people struggling to survive in a bleak future possibly full of badarse people. While there was some of that, I can only say I was disappointed and unfulfilled by the plot. If I wanted something thought provoking I would watch something else. "Akira" is the closest thing that I can think of off the top of my head and it probably beats this title on every level so go watch that before you resort to watching this. I wasn't holding high hopes for this film but I was pleasantly surprised. The film is completely different to the Lego movie, it's just a kids adventure film with a very light hearted vibe but rattles along at a really good speed. There are plenty of laughs for adults as well which is always great in a kids film, as is no lulls for kids to get bored. The premise of the story is light but the characters are good and amusing. It seems to have fallen between stools as to whether it's a musical, it has a few songs but not that many to make it a fully fledged musical. I was really surprised to see the bad reviews, this is the best kids film I have seen for a while. Director: Lino DiSalvo Cast: Dino Andrade, Gabriel Bateman, Ian James Corlett, Lino DiSalvo, Ben Diskin, Jim Gaffigan, Kellen Goff, Wilson Gonzalez, Ryan S. This film was soooo slow, the jokes were soooo stupid, the gay impersonation was soooo old, the "plot" or "story" was soooo boring, and the supermodels showed virtually no skin. The first murder is completely unbelievable - the murderer hops magically over his victim - and sets the tone for the rest of the film. As I watched this, I couldn't believe how joke after joke, incident after incident, everything was utterly tninteresting. And the world's longest unfunny fart scene. Since viewer comments on Amazon had induced me to buy this (but even used at $8 this is terribly overpriced), I needed to warn people: no comedy, no mystery, no skin, watching the film is like watching soccer: a chore. (OK, it has Eva Derrek showing underwhelming T&A at the very start of the film, but don't get your hopes up - that's it. It even screws up the eye candy by giving each model an unpleasant visual tic, like thick bushy armpit hair!) OK, I guess it has competent camera-work. I can't believe anyone could have enjoyed this! This is the most pathetic piece of garbage I have ever seen - and I've seen a lot of crap. Homemade TV commercials for car dealerships have better acting and production value. This is abysmal on all levels and should be avoided like the plague. I'm sure the so-called directors are getting a laugh out of all this, but truly hope they can comprehend how embarrassing and brainless this foray into preteen malaise really is. If they had any sense they'd stop anyone and everyone from watching this trash - and beg horror fans around the globe for forgiveness. And, for the record, the music, which this movie was based upon, was lame, trite and lackluster. Worst of all, this was so utterly bad that it wasn't even remotely funny. I couldn't even laugh at the "movie" because I was so angry at being swindled. If you love horror or genre movies in general, please do not waste your time. In reality, the absolute worst Troma movie is a thousand times better than this landfill leftover. Director: Aaron Woodley Cast: Anjelica Huston, James Franco, Jeremy Renner, Alec Baldwin, Laurie Holden, John Cleese, Michael Madsen, Omar Sy, Heidi Klum, Nina Senicar, Susan Spano, Aaron Woodley, Soraya Azzabi, Chiara Bassermann, Jason Deline 123movies It Chapter Two
Only "God" knows how I wanted to love this film. As a big fan of the (masterpiece) book, I was eager for part II. I liked the first part. I didnt LOVE IT, but it was a good adaption. In the other hand, the second part is... Slow. I didnt feel the "chemistry" between the adult version of the Losers Club. Dont get me wrong, the acting is good, but... Something's off. I didnt get the insinuations about Ritchie's sexual orientation (why? And it wasnt in the book either), and the way they chose to kill Pennywise. That was SHAMEFUL. Ultra-simple solution and it made me feel dumb... SIGH. Oh! Last but not least: THE CGI FEST. I really dont like CGI in horror flicks. I dont think it is IMPOSSIBLE to use it, not at all, but God... What a CGI MONSTER FEST... I think Muschietti has a great future and a director, but there's a lot to learn... IT Part II is a let down. Sadly. Director: Andy Muschietti Cast: Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, Jay Ryan, James Ransone, Andy Bean, Bill Skarsgrd, Jaeden Martell, Wyatt Oleff, Jack Dylan Grazer, Finn Wolfhard, Sophia Lillis, Chosen Jacobs, Jeremy Ray Taylor Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood 123movies (2019)Release: August 15, 2019

It reminds me of that old fable. People go to see Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio in a film by Tarantino and assume it has to be great despite what they are actually seeing on the screen.. The film is incredibly slow paced and neither funny nor suspenseful. Throwing in a 5 minute fantasy violent scene at the end after over two hours of boredom did NOT make me change my mind.. Sadly disappointing to this fan of most Tarantino films. Director: Quentin Tarantino Cast: Maya Hawke, Austin Butler, Margot Robbie, Sydney Sweeney, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Margaret Qualley, Dakota Fanning, Timothy Olyphant, Al Pacino, Harley Quinn Smith, Kurt Russell, Damon Herriman, Luke Perry, Kate Berlant 123movies Hustlers
The best part of this movie was the end. And by the end. I mean the credits and the 2 hour movie was finally over. So many useless scenes, and unanswered questions. This movie could of been great, but it was just missing something. Not sure if it was the cast, the directing or the acting. But at the end of the day. It dragged on and was boring. Director: Lorene Scafaria Cast: Constance Wu, Jennifer Lopez, Julia Stiles, Mette Towley, Wai Ching Ho, Emma Batiz, Vanessa Aspillaga, Big Jay Oakerson, Trace Lysette, Marcy Richardson, Keke Palmer, Mercedes Ruehl, Lili Reinhart, Gerald Earl Gillum, Cardi B Abominable 123movies (2019)Release: October 25, 2019

Wow. Pretty amazing. Pier must have been a bit tame with this considering his later work. Anyway, I just had to say that Maria Callas is gorgeous in this film. If you needed proof that intense, emotional women are intoxicating, then this shows it. Really strong performance. Very instinctive. It's worth watching the film just to see her, and the photography that makes that so captivating. Pier is a new discovery for me. An intense man. Well worth the watch.
